Vir wie dit mag aangaan: Johanna van der Merwe was aan ons voorgestel en aanbeveel deur n Agent wat die eiendom wat ons wou verkoop, verhuur het. Kort na ons haar gekontak het, was sy bereid om ons by ons woning te kom sien, ten einde alle besonderhede ten opsigte van die eiendom te verkry. Die manier hoe sy sistematies te werk gaan met die verkoop van n eiendom , die insameling van inligting van die verkoper en die eiendom, asook die stap vir stap verduideliking van die verkoops proses op die dag van haar besoek, het my opgeval. Ons het ten minste een maal n week terugvoer gehad van potensiële kopers wat die eiendom besigting het. Ek was aangenaam verras toe sy na net twee weke aan ons meedeel dat daar n aanbod op die eiendom was. Sy het ons verder voorgestel aan Prokureurs wat ons kon help met die oordrag van die eiendom, asook Gesertifiseerde Kontrakteurs wat ons van diens kon wees met Serifikasie van die elektrisiteit en die Loodgieter werk. Dit was regtig n plesier om van haar diens te kon gebruik maak, en sou haar beslis aanbeveel indien iemand hul eiendom wil verkoop. Sulke diens sien jy nie elke dag nie.
