"Alida, if it so happens that I don't get that house, thanks for your assistance and your patience with me. You actually considered what was good for me and not just interested in making a sale. I spoke with two other ladies and I didn't even want to view their houses because they were trying to be tricky.
In short, keep on doing what you do and you'll be the first person I recommend should I come across anyone that wants a house.
I've already put so much effort in my "research" so I won't quit now. If its possible please ask the owner to extend it for the end of May.
If they can't, its o.k, another one will come my way.
